Prana Flow Yoga  is a highly energizing, rhythmic and very creative form of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. In a safe way, the body and mind are prepared for more advanced postures through the intelligent placement (“vinyasa”) of various “kramas” (difficulty levels of certain postures) in harmony with the breath. In short: “Embrace the flow of life (“the state of unified consciousness”) and allow the life force (“prana”) to guide you!” Each Prana Flow class is different in its energy and physical challenges - some are more "fiery" (ie generate more heat and sweat and thus opportunities for transformation), while others are more "lunar" (ie gentler and more introspective).
