Our YIN classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced learners. The focus is on stretching the connective tissue and deep layers of the body (tendons, ligaments, bones). By staying in the positions, the mind can also come to rest and we direct our attention inwards. 

Yin Yoga is an excellent complement to all styles of yoga, and all physical activities or sports. People with tight hip flexors, hamstrings and who have lower back aches will benefit greatly from yin yoga because it will bring space and openness to these tight areas.
